Before beginning, make sure to get your files into PDF format using Acrobat Pro.

Without changing the order of the pages, go to File> Print.

Two-sided Short-edged binding Booklet Printing checked > Format Printing checked.

DO NOT CHOOSE TWO PAGES PER SHEET—these settings will do that for you.
