How the system manages the integration with the public calendar on www.evergreen.edu/calendars is documented below
- Public Calendar Refresh Cycle - The public calendar is fed every hour from Schedule Evergreen.
- Cancelled Events - When events are cancelled, the changes are compared between Schedule Evergreen and the public calendar, and changes will be reflected in the public calendar after the hourly updates.
- Visibility of Past Events - Any event that is past 365 days will disappear from the calendar and will no longer publicly visible or searchable.
