In the main entrance to the library, where reference can be found, there are a number of computers located in the back of the room available to all students.  The computers are primarily used for internet access and word processing.  There are also more terminals spread out on the second floor near where the book stacks are located.  All these computers print out to the printer on the second floor by the library entrance.

The design lab is located on the fourth floor of the COM building. It is a complex classroom especially designed for teaching animation, puppet theatre, and design for the stage. The Lab is arranged in three areas. The Drawing & Sketching area has a number of workstations, including light tables, animation stations, and task tables. The Critique area has pin-up walls for displaying student work in animation and puppetry, including storyboards, technical sketches, images, and other visual material. The Messy Area has worktables especially arranged for teaching puppet building, and for making animation structures. The room has limited storage capacities limited to current classes. Access is granted to students enrolled in specific programs in puppet theatre and animation, or any student that is completing advance academic work in these areas and has authorization by the animation and puppet theatre faculty. A proficiency is required of all users.

A/V Media Equipped Classrooms

Evergreen has a number of technology-enabled "Media Classrooms" equipped with built-in audio/video display systems. All of them, at a minimum, will allow you to display your portable computer video on a classroom projection screen.

Located on the 3rd floor of A-Dorm, ResTechs staff the ResNet Help Desk and help housing residents keep their computers running smoothly. They also make sure the offices that support housing have working technology tools, maintain the WiFi network, and create custom web applications used by residents and staff.
