Once your mailbox has been migrated to Exchange Online you may need to reconnect your mail clients to the Exchange service to update your settings.
- Disconnect your old account from the mail client
- Reconnect using the Exchange account connector
Mac OS
Outlook Desktop App
Disconnect/Reconnect Exchange Account
- Launch Outlook
- From Outlook top menu go to Preferences > Accounts
- Select your old Exchange connector on the left had column
- Click the "-" the minus sign to remove
- Reconnect Exchange Account by clicking the + sign and choose New Account
- Follow the prompts to re-add your evergreen.edu email account
Apple Mail
Disconnect Exchange Account
- Go to System Preferences > Internet Accounts
- Select your old Exchange connector on the left had column
- Click the "-" the minus sign to remove
- Reconnect Exchange Account By clicking the Exchange icon and follow the prompt. See also: Configure Apple Mail - Office 365
iOS
Disconnect Exchange Account - iOS
- Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts
- Under the list of Accounts Select your old Exchange account
- Choose Delete Account

Windows 7
Disconnect Exchange Account - Windows 7
- Go to Start menu > Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles
- Select current Mail profile and click the Remove button
- Click Apply and OK

- While in the Mail application, click Add
- Create a profile name for this new Mail profile. The name is local to the computer and will not show up on your email.
- Once the Auto Account Setup window opens, follow the prompts and click through until you see the Finish button.
- Note, please be sure to check the box Change account settings > Next > un-check Use Cached Exchange Mode > Finish
Windows 10
