Now that you are no longer an active student, your Evergreen login will be disabled in approximately two weeks. What does this mean?
EVALS - Complete those outstanding self-evaluations. You might also choose to save past evaluations as PDFs. Questions? Visit http://www.evergreen.edu/evaluations or send an email to evaluations@evergreen.edu.
EMAIL - be sure to contact anyone who corresponds with you via your evergreen.edu address, and give them a different email address to use. If you currently forward your evergreen email to another email provider, this will be turned off when the login is deactivated and you will no longer be receiving emails from Evergreen.
PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE EVERGREEN WITH YOUR NEW EMAIL ADDRESS! Call the Registration and Records office at 360.867.6180 or do this online at: https://bannerweb.evergreen.edu/pls/banprod/bwgkogad.P_SelectEmalUpdate
NEED TO ARCHIVE YOUR EMAIL, WEBSITES OR FILES? You will need to archive any content you wish to keep from Evergreen’s computing domains, including any blogs or fileshares, prior to the deletion date mentioned above. At this time, all your files will potentially be irretrievably erased.

YOU CAN STILL ACCESS MANY ONLINE RESOURCES AS AN ALUM! Once your MyEvergreen login is closed in two weeks, you can still access your student records online by requesting an alumni login. Go to the Alumni and Friends page - http://www.evergreen.edu/subsites/alumnifriends.htm - and choose Alumni Login/Account Request to begin. There is no need to request a new login until your existing login is disabled. If you need help with this, please contact Registration and Records at the number below.
