The steps listed below must be taken before an employee can access a Time Sheet for the first time. &lt;br /&gt;

The employee will need a network account.  Use the [[Computer Account Request Form]] to request an account for an hourly employee.  Flash Player version 9.0 or above needs to be installed on the computer being used, and an Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF) needs to be submitted and applied to the payroll system.&lt;br /&gt;

* Go to my.evergreen.edu and click on Time Sheet - Student and Hourly Employees. &lt;br /&gt;
* Select the pay period and click load. &lt;br /&gt;
* Enter your start and end times for each shift, clocking out for unpaid breaks.  To enter the second part of your shift, click the clock with + symbol. Click save when you are finished. &lt;br /&gt;
* After your last shift of the pay period click certify and add any notes.  &lt;br /&gt;
* Be sure your Time Sheet is accurate before certifying! After this point, you will be unable to make changes to your Time Sheet.&lt;br /&gt;

* If you have already certified, you can not make changes unless your Time Approver clears your certification.  &lt;br /&gt;
* If your Time Approver has already certified and you need to make changes, your approver should email the Timesheet DL.&lt;br /&gt;

The 2013-2015 classified employees’ Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) contains wording that alters P/H hours and how we’ve been handling it in the Time and Leave System. Faculty and staff who access sensitive data will be required to use an additional security step to access this information from off campus&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Evergreen uses two methods, you can use a keyring (hardware) token or a smartphone app to generate a code to access your information off campus. For the initial setup you will need to contact the Faculty &amp;amp; Staff Help Desk to request either a keyring token or a mobile app token.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
====Keyring token====&lt;br /&gt;
The Faculty &amp;amp; Staff Help Desk can issue the keyring token and make sure you can generate one-time codes from the device. To receive a device you will need to visit the Faculty &amp;amp; Staff Help Desk in Library 1806. If you are located off-campus, the Help Desk can work with you to mail the token to you.&lt;br /&gt;

====Mobile app token====&lt;br /&gt;
The Faculty and Staff Help Desk can issue a mobile app token if you'd prefer to use a smartphone. The current supported platforms for the ''DigiPass for Mobile app'' are iOS, Android and Windows 8. To receive a mobile app token you will need to visit the Help Desk for the serial number and activation code. The Faculty &amp;amp; Staff Help Desk  will work with you to help you install the app by either sending you a text (SMS) message with the app link or helping you locate the app within the store provided by your phone carrier.&lt;br /&gt;
