First time login (activation) - Staff & Faculty
The Technology Support Center (TSC) provides technology and account support for Evergreen staff and faculty.
Activate your Evergreen employee account
Your Evergreen employee account is generated after your hiring forms have been processed and applied in the system. When your account is ready, you will receive an activation email titled "Evergreen State College Account Activation". This is sent to the personal email you provided during the hiring process. Your supervisor receives the same account activation email via their Evergreen Outlook mailbox.
During the activation process, you will set a secure password, update your authentication email/phone, and accept required college policies which provision your Microsoft 365 licenses. If you did not receive the authentication email or did not have an alternate email set up in our system, please contact the Technology Support Center at 360-867-6627 or submit a ticket at help.evergreen.edu.
