You can configure your computer's built-in mail client to access your Evergreen email by setting up an Exchange connection.
For Windows
Note that these instructions are for those using Windows 10.
- Open your Mail app from the Windows Start Menu.
- Once open, navigate to your Settings by clicking the gear icon in the bottom left hand corner.
- In the Settings Menu, navigate to Manage accounts > Add account.
- In the pop-up window, choose Exchange as your account type.
- Enter your evergreen email (username@evergreen.edu) and password.
- Click Done. Your mail should sync as soon as the set up is complete.
For Mac
Note that these instructions are for those using Mac OS X 10.11 and above.
- Open your Apple Mail App.
- Once open, navigate to the top of your screen and click on Mail > Add Account.
- In the pop-up window choose Exchange as your account type.
- In the pop-up window, choose Exchange as your account type.
- Enter a name (whatever you'd like), your Evergreen email (username@evergreen.edu) and your password.
- In the next window, choose which apps you would like to use with your account.
- Click Done. Your mail should sync as soon as the set up is complete.
