** '''Nest''' will make a a subsequence and replace the video tracks with the new sequence.

===Chroma Keying===
* Chroma Key effects allow you to select a color to make transparent.  Another image or video can the be inserted into the transparent area.
* Normally video is recorded with a green or blue background.  
* The background color that will be keyed out should only be used for the background.
** For example do not have an actor wear green if there is a green background.
