There is new policy for Individual Study Contracts in effect starting Fall 2015. Below is a quick summary of the due dates.
- All Individual Study Contracts are due by Friday of Week 10 of the prior academic quarter. This means a completed contract with all approvals signed off (except for Deans Approval.)
- For example, a Spring Quarter contract is due by Winter Quarter, Week 10 Friday.
- The Deans will review contracts and make a decision within five days of it being approved by all other parties.
- Contracts that do not meet the due date requirement will be presented with a petition process via the online application (login at my.evergreen.edu and review your contract.)
