Courtesy phones are located in each building on campus. Most of them are just inside building entrances.

They can be used to dial any phone at Evergreen, just by picking up and dialing the desired four digit extension.
They can also dial any local number in the 360 area code, by dialing 9 first, then the full ten digit phone number.
- For example, if you wanted to call someone at 360-867-5309, you would dial 9-360-867-5309.
These courtesy phones cannot make any long distance (non 360 area code) calls.
Some 360 numbers are billable calls, and thus not allowed. If you receive a "fast busy" signal after dialing, the phone system has blocked the call.
