There is a data projector in the room.  It can be used with the following equipment

  • Mac
  • Blu-Ray
  • VHS
  • HDMI Input on the equipment rack.

Instructions

  1. Turn on the main power on the left side of the equipment rack.
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. On the Switcher press the projector On button
  4. Wait for the protector to power up.
  5. On the Switcher select the Source.
  6. Press Mac to display the computer.

Computer Display Options

The Mac is using two video outputs

  • One goes to the 27" Dell monitor on the right.
  • One goes to the 22" Dell monitor on the left and also to the video projector.  
    • It is called Extron HDMI
  1. In the Menu bar click the Display icon
  2. To have the iMac screen displayed on the projector select: Mirror Built-in Retina Display
  3. To have the Dell screen displayed on the projector select: Mirror Dell U2212HM
