- Once you have recovered your account in coordination with IT and reset your password, log into My Evergreen and click on Web Payment.
- From the Web Payment Portal, click on “My Account” on the left-hand side (desktop) or in the hamburger icon (mobile).
- From the My Account page, verify that the information under the “Direct deposit refunds” header looks correct.
- If there’s an account listed and you never enrolled, please contact the Student Accounts office so they can suspend your enrollment and review your refund history.
- If you were previously enrolled in eRefunds, click the pencil icon in the pop-up window to view more details so that you can verify your banking information.
- Verify that the routing transit number and the last four digits of your bank account match. (For security purposes, you will not be able to view your full account number.)
- If the account information is incorrect, please contact the Student Accounts office at 360-867-5447 so they can suspend your enrollment and review your refund history.
