Former Student Accounts grant access to my.evergreen.edu for Fee Payment, Evaluations, and Tax Information.


Help with Former Student Accounts

Former Student accounts are created based on successfully completing a request for a Former Student account identified in the steps below. If you successfully filled out a request and need help with your account, please contact the Student Technical Support desk at (360) 867-6231 or submit a help ticket at help.evergreen.edu. To request a Former Student account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on request a Former Student Account link to start the request process
  2. An activation email should be sent to you in 24-48 hours. (Email registration@evergreen.edu if you do not get an email in 24-48 hours).

Login and account support

Your initial @evergreen.edu username and default password is generated within 24 hours of your account request.

1. Determine your Username and Default Password

Once you request a Former Student account, an email will be sent to your alt-email with account activation steps. You will then go activate.evergreen.edu to complete the process. Afterwards, you must go to mystudentlogon.evergreen.edu to change your temporary student username to a personalized option. New usernames should sync with all systems within an hour, and you will receive an email once your new username is active.

Once your chosen username is active, log into my.evergreen.edu and follow the final steps.

  2. Login for the first time with your chosen @evergreen.edu username and password.
