Faculty Emeritus are held in a special status. We do give home computer support over the phone and pro-staff may remote to their home computers to give “Best Effort” support on the systems. We do not perform hardware repairs on their home computers.

Evergreen Account Status and Access to Resources

Faculty Emeritus retain their email address and Evergreen account and have access to use and download M365 (use of Microsoft applications via web browser and desktop) based on their Evergreen account.


Technology Support is Based on Contract Status

Unfortunately, we cannot provide computer support for emeritus faculty unless they are on a post-retirement contract using college-provided technology to satisfy the terms of their contract. See: https://www.evergreen.edu/policy/emeritusstatus
