I think these "tool synopses" should provide a brief overview of what the tools is and does from a curricular perspective. I imagine a faculty who had never heard of Moodle wanting to get the big picture view before we drill down into Evergreen specifics of access and policy issues. We can then provide a very visible "next step" for accessing these details.
