There is a data projector in the room.  It can be used with the following equipment

  • Mac
  • Blu-Ray
  • VHS
  • HDMI Input on the equipment rack.

Instructions

  1. Turn on the main power on the left side of the equipment rack.
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. On the Switcher press the projector On button
  4. Wait for the protector to power up.
  5. On the Switcher select the Source.
  6. Press Mac to display the computer.

  • One goes to the 27" Dell monitor on the right.
    • It is called Dell S2722DZ
  • One goes to the 22" Dell monitor on the left and also to the video projector.  
    • It is called Extron HDMI
  • Everything on the left monitor will also be sent to the data projector.
    • Drag a window to the left monitor to put it on the screen.
