Curricular sites
Sites associated with an academic program will be archived and removed from production on an annual basis. These sites will be identified by Academic Computing staff as curricular and converted to flat html files by July 15. All non-protected pages will be hosted in a public archive at archives.evergreen.edu. Faculty will be contacted prior to the deletion of the original wiki site.
Administrative sites
Administrative sites will only be archived and removed from production at the request of data owner.
