The college will provide software for employees of the college and in some cases, depending on the licensing contract, can provide access free of charge to the work unit. Support Levels
- Full Support - Media Services, Office of Information Technology (OIT), Tech Support Center (TSC), and/or Academic Technologies will install (if applicable) or provide access to the software, trouble shoot issues to ensure software works correctly, and provide best effort support and trouble shooting regarding hardware/software compatibility and operability. OIT and TSC maintain a broad level of technical knowledge to support the software.
- Limited Support - Media Services, Office of Information Technology (OIT), Tech Support Center (TSC), and/or Academic Technologies will assist the user with installation (if applicable) or access to the software. Provide trouble shooting and support with regards to hardware/software compatibility and configuration. User is responsible for knowing how to configure and operate the software.
