Creating Image Sequences with Quicktime Pro 7


  1. Launch Quicktime 7 from the dock
  2. Go to File > Open Image Sequence
  3. Navigate to a folder containing a numbered sequence of still, select the first file, and click Open
  4. Set the frame rate: 1's = 30 fps / 2's = 15fps / 3's = 10 fps
  5. Go to File > Export
  6. Select Movie to Quicktime Movie and click Options
  7. In the Settings tab select from the dropdown menu > Apple ProRes 44 (LT)
  8. In the Size tab select > HD 1920 X 1080 16:9
  9. Uncheck the box Prepare for Internet Streaming
  10. Name and navigate where to save the file and click Export
