Final Academic Statement for Graduation

Please note that submitting your Academic Statement for Graduation should only be done when you are about to Graduate. Once you have turned in your Academic Statement for Graduation you can no longer edit it. If you are unsure of when to submit this document please contact us at help.evergreen.edu.
- Login at my.evergreen.edu
- Click on Academic Statement
- Click on the title of your Academic Statement
- On the right hand side click the Graduation button
- Confirm that you understand the warning, you can no longer edit an Academic Statement once it has been turned in for Graduation
- Click Turn In
