Verify Your Financial Aid eRefund Information

Make sure your eRefund information is correct.
  1. Once you have recovered your account in coordination with IT and reset your password, log into My Evergreen and click on Web Payment.
  2. From the Web Payment Portal, click on “My Account” on the left-hand side (desktop) or in the hamburger icon (mobile).
  3. From the My Account page, verify that the information under the “Direct deposit refunds” header looks correct.
    • If there’s an account listed and you never enrolled, please contact the Student Accounts office so they can suspend your enrollment and review your refund history.
    • If you were previously enrolled in eRefunds, click the pencil icon in the pop-up window to view more details so that you can verify your banking information.
    • Verify that the routing transit number and the last four digits of your bank account match. (For security purposes, you will not be able to view your full account number.)
    • If the account information is incorrect, please contact the Student Accounts office at 360-867-5447 so they can suspend your enrollment and review your refund history.
