Licenses

  • Evergreen has a limited amount of Adobe Creative Cloud licenses to assign to students for use on personal computers.
  • Licences are assigned to students in specific programs or approved individual learning contracts.
  • When a license is assigned the students should receive and email from Adobe with instructions.

Installation Instructions for the Creative Cloud Desktop App

  • Check the system requirements for individual apps
  • If your computer's operating system does not meet the minimum requirements for an app the last version that will work on your computer will be installed


Sign In

  1. Go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/
  2. Click the Sign In link in the top right corner
  3. In the new window enter your Evergreen email address and click Continue
    • Adobe Sign In
  4. Click on Company or School Account
    • Select-account-adobe-2.png
  5. Enter your Evergreen password on the password page
  6. The Adobe website will open.


Install The Creative Cloud Desktop App

  1. On the right side of the screen Below your account name click Install Creative Cloud App
  2. If you see a window the says Permission may be required click OK
  3. The installer should download
    • macOS: Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg
    • Windows: Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe
  4. Run the installer and enter and admin password if prompted
  5. On the Install Creative Cloud window click Continue
  6. A web browser window will prompt you to login like you did in step 3 above
  7. Click on Company or School Account
  8. Outside of the web browser the Creative Cloud Installer should be running
  9. When done the Creative Cloud Desktop App (CDDA) will open
  10. A tour window may appear. Click either the Skip or Take Tour button

  • The Creative Cloud Desktop App (CDDA) is use to install the specific Adobe apps.

Signing into the CCDA

  1. Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App (CDDA).
  2. Enter your Evergreen email address and click Continue.
  3. Click on Company or School Account.
  4. Enter your Evergreen email address.
  5. Enter your password for that account

Install Applications

  1. Find the application that you need.
  2. Click the Install button bellow the app name
  3. Some installations might trigger a second app to install
    • For example installing Premiere Pro will also trigger the installation of Media Encoder
  4. Click the cloud icon in the top right of the CCDA to check the installation progress
