It's easy for you to recover your password without contacting Technical Support. To take advantage of this feature, go to the secure contacts page (sponsored by Microsoft), log in with your Evergreen email and password, and enter a cell number and/or an alternate email address. You are now ready in case you ever need to recover/reset your Evergreen password!
