How the system manages the integration with the public calendar on www.evergreen.edu/calendars is documented below
- Public Calendar Refresh Cycle - The public calendar is fed every hour from Schedule Evergreen
- Cancelled Events - When events are cancelled, they are compared across Schedule Evergreen and the public calendar which will reflect those changes after the hourly updates
- Visibility of Past Events - Any event that is past 365 days will disappear from the calendar and will no longer publicly visible or searchable.
