Faculty will be notified of the archival process both when their sites are created, and at the end of the quarter before the sites are moved to archives.  For closed closed course sites (Moodle) and curricular program folders, data will need to be dealt with differently. The pages below provide specifics on how Academic Computing archives the currently hosted curricular technologies. These strategies will shift as the technologies change but broadly speaking, all sites will be scraped and/or copied to archive folders based on academic year.
