The college will provide software for employees of the college and in some cases, depending on the licensing contract, can provide access free of charge to the work unit. If you have questions or don't see a software on this list, please contact the Technology Support Center for more information.

Support Levels

  • Full Support - Computing & Communications will install (if applicable) or provide access to the software, trouble shoot issues to ensure software works correctly, and provide best effort support and trouble shooting regarding hardware/software compatibility and operability. C&C maintains a broad level of technical knowledge to support the software.
  • Limited Support - Computing & Communications will assist the user with installation (if applicable) or access to the software. Provide trouble shooting and support with regards to hardware/software compatibility and configuration. User is responsible for knowing how to configure and operate the software.
