Additional ways to get help ...

Submit a support request to have your issue directed to the proper department
In-person help: is currently not available at the Academic Computing Center on the main floor of the Library building
Remote support is available during the following hours of operation:
- Monday - Friday: 8AM - 10PM
- Saturday: 9AM - 10PM
- Sunday: Noon - 8PM
Call the student help desk at (360) 867-6231

In-person help is available at the MultiMedia Lab located on the first floor of the Library building.

Submit a help ticket to have your issue directed to the proper department
In-person help: go to the Technology Support Center on the main floor of the Library building in room 2604
Call the Technology Support Center at (360) 867-6627

Submit a Production Request to Electronic Media for documentation, PA system support, and other media-related production needs.
