Students

General Technology Help

  • Submit a support request to have your issue directed to the proper department
  • In-person help: is currently not available at the Academic Computing Center on the main floor of the Evan's Hall building
  • Remote support is available during the following hours of operation:
    • Monday - Friday: 8AM - 10PM
    • Saturday: 9AM - 10PM
    • Sunday: Noon - 8PM
  • Call the student help desk at (360) 867-6231

Scientific Computing

  • In-person help: contact the CAL in person on the first floor of Lab II
  • Call us at (360) 867-6426

Electronic Media

  • In-person help is available at the MultiMedia Lab located on the first floor of the Library building.
