Students
You can create an "offline" document and copy and paste into the online system or author your contract directly online.
- Login at my.evergreen.edu
- Click on Individual Study Contracts
- Create a title and start a new contract or continue editing a draft contract by clicking on its name from the list
- Define your contract and fill in the required information for all fields
