Welcome to the ILC and INT Quick Start Guide for Students and Faculty. If you are having trouble with the new system please review the help articles listed below or contact us at help.evergreen.edu.

Students

You can author your contract directly online or bring content over from a Google Doc or Word document via copy/paste

  • Login at my.evergreen.edu
  • Click on Individual Study Contracts
  • Create a title and start a new contract or continue editing a draft contract by clicking on its name from the list
  • Define your contract and fill in the required information for all fields

Faculty Sponsors

You can leave feedback after a student has sent a draft contract to you.

  • Login at my.evergreen.edu
  • Click on Individual Study Contracts
  • Select the contract in question from the list
  • Leave feedback by clicking on the speech bubble icon under any section. Enter text and hit submit. Comments entered are immediately available to the student.
