This is where you can change your password. All passwords must contain:
- minimum of 8 characters
- one of each of the following: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers
The secret question will be useful to you if you forget your password and want to reset it yourself. If you forget your password, you can go to password reset and you will be asked your secret question which, if answered correctly, will allow you to reset your password.
All official correspondence between you and the college will be via your Evergreen e-mail account. From the e-mail settings page, you can forward your Evergreen e-mail account to another preferred e-mail provider that you may already be using (e.g., hotmail, gmail), thereby receiving college correspondence through another e-mail address. If you choose to forward your Evergreen e-mail to another provider, you will be responsible for maintaining the ongoing viability of that third party address.
Personal Web Space
You can sign up for web filespace so that you can publish your own webpage hosted by Evergreen. For more information regarding access policies and procedures, plus useful web publishing tools, check out Evergreen's personal website documentation.
Network File Space
You can sign up for networked file space with a maximum quota of 100Mb. This filespace is available to allow students a centralized place to store data. It is secure (only you can access your folder), backed up regularly, and available from off campus. This is where you can subscribe or unsubscribe to Evergreens hosted mailing lists. For more information on how to interact with these lists (and why you might want to) go to the mailing list help page
