- You have to contact Qwest yourself and set up the account.
- Make sure to specify that you are living on the Evergreen State College Campus in the dorms.
- You also need to specify exactly which room you're living in. So if you are in J dorm in the soup, specify both which apartment and which bedroom. That way the proper phone jack will be activated.
