Currently, you may only reset a password for an account you have activated (logged into at least once.)

If it has been more than a year since you logged into your account, it has likely been deprovisioned. If this is the case, you will need to request that your account is reactivated with former student permissions. You can request your account be activated, or request a former student account for the first time, by filling out the Former Student Account Request form.

To Reset your FS Account Password

  • Ensure you have logged in at least once before, or this process won't work
  • Visit the self-service reset page
  • Enter your username and confirm you are not a robot
  • Locate the email with your verification code in your personal email's inbox (or spam/junk folders)
  • Enter the code and you will then be presented with the option to create a new password

I am receiving an error while trying to reset my password
