You can share draft evaluations with students at anytime during the quarter.

  • To share a draft evaluation, navigate to your class list
  • Click on the name of the student with whom you want to share an evaluation
  • Click the "Share with Student" button and acknowledge the confirmation message
  • The student can now view this draft version of the evaluation inside their my.evergreen.edu
  • Future edits made to the evaluation are not shared with the student unless you specifically re-share the eval
  • You can also share a hard copy of the evaluation by using the PDF link at the bottom of the individual student summary page
