The new evaluation system allows you to complete your evaluations and submit them online.
- You must have started your Self Evaluation to have the option to submit it
- To access the evaluation system, login at my.evergreen.edu and click on "Evaluations"
- Choose the program or course in question
- To turn in a finished evaluation, click the "Turn-In" button
- You will notice that there is no longer a paper form on letterhead. You may always print an evaluation to have a hard copy by hitting File > Print from your browser
