The new evaluation system allows you to complete your evaluations and submit them online.

  • You must have started your Self Evaluation to have the option to submit it
  • To access the evaluation system, login at my.evergreen.edu and click on "Evaluations"
  • Choose the program or course in question
  • To turn in a finished evaluation, click the "Turn-In" button
  • You will notice that after you have turned in your evaluation to faculty, you will have two options:
    • "Edit" and "Submit to Transcript"
      • You should only select "Submit to Transcript" if you want the current version of your self-evaluation included with your permanent transcript. It it not required that you submit any self-evaluations to your transcript.
  • You may print an evaluation to have a hard copy by hitting File > Print from your browser
