To change the Time Format in the Sequence window or the Tracks window right click in the grid near the play head.
- Choose measures for bar and beats.
- Choose real time for hours, minutes and milliseconds.
- Choose frames for hours, minutes and frames.
- To change the frame rate go to Set up > Frame Rate > and choose 29.97 fps Drop.
