There are many resources available for learning Sketchup. Here are few places to start:
Tutorials
- In Google SketchUp open the "Help" menu, and then click "Video Tutorials". This will launch a browser and take you to: http://sketchup.google.com/vtutorials.html for a listing of available video tutorials.
- Self-paced tutorials. In Google SketchUp open the "Help" menu, point to "Self-Paced Tutorials," and then click "Part 1" to get started. These tutorials run in SketchUp and invite you to try the things you are learning.
