With Office 365, students have access to a variety of Microsoft apps such as Microsoft Outlook. Outlook is a personal information manager that handles email, calendars, tasks, contacts, etc.

1. Open your Mail app from the Windows Start Menu.

2. Once open, navigate to your Settings by clicking the gear icon in the bottom left hand corner.

3. In the Settings Menu, navigate to Manage accounts > Add account.

4. In the pop-up window, choose Exchange as your account type.

5. Enter your evergreen email (i.e user01@evergreen.edu) and password.

6. Click Done. Your mail should sync as soon as the set up is complete.
