With Office 365, students, staff and faculty have access to a variety of Microsoft apps such as Microsoft Outlook. Outlook is a personal information manager that handles email, calendars, tasks, contacts, etc.

1. Download Microsoft Office on your Windows computer.

  • If you haven't already installed Office 365 onto your personal computer, log in to your Evergreen webmail account and install it by clicking Install Office in the upper right hand corner.

2. Once Microsoft Office is installed, open Microsoft Outlook from the Windows Start Menu.

3. In the pop up window, enter your Evergreen email (username@evergreen.edu) and your password.

4. Once you are logged in, your mail data should sync as soon as the set up is complete.
