Windows XP is being removed from active support based on Microsoft removing support of this operating system.  If a machine comes to the Help Desk running Windows XP, this will not be re-imaged or considered for extensive troubleshooting.  We will recommend that the machine be upgraded to Windows7 or better if the hardware allows, or if the hardware cannot accommodate this we will recommend that the work unit responsible for this equipment replace the hardware.

Windows XP
