Faculty and staff who access sensitive data will be required to use an additional security step to access this information from off campus

Evergreen uses two methods, you can use keyring token or a smartphone app to generate a code to access your information off campus

Keyring token

The Client Services Help Desk can issue faculty the keyring token and make sure you can generate one-time codes from the device. How you generate a code and enter it when accessing information from my.evergreen.edu is detailed below.

Smartphone Application

Steps to installing and accessing data via the DIGIPASS for Mobile smartphone app are detailed below.

  1. Download the free digipass app from either the Android or Applestore
