Windows XP is being removed from active support based on Microsoft removing support of this operating system.  If a machine comes to the desk running windows XP, this will not be reimaged or considered for troubleshooting.  We will recommend that the machine be upgraded to Windows7 or better, or if the hardware cannot accomodate this recommend that the work unit responsible for this equipment replace the hardware.

Windows XP

Windows XP is being removed from active support based on Microsoft removing support of this operating system.
