Faculty are not able to add people to their Canvas site in a Student, TA, or Teacher role. This is intended to prevent possible FERPA issues. If you would like a Program/Teaching Assistant (TA), SIT, or fellow faculty added to your offering's Canvas site, please submit a request at help.evergreen.edu.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students enrolled in the course for credit cannot be promoted to the role of Program Assistant or TA due to FERPA.

For more information about FERPA, please see FERPA Information for Faculty and Staff at the Evergreen website.
