Notes regarding naming conventions:
- A Space or underscore is allowed between fields within the Name of the SharePoint/M365 Group/Microsoft Team site field.
- The following special characters are not allowed: ~ " # % & * : < > ? / \ }{ .
- as well as the pipe symbol
- SharePoint/M365 Group/Microsoft Team names cannot exceed 64 characters however Microsoft recommends keeping Team names no longer than 30 characters. See: The importance of a Teams naming convention
