Why is the Internet so slow?
Evergreen strives to provide students with a fast network connection in nearly all areas of the campus. If you are having connectivity issues, please contact the helpdesk for support. Even in the dorms area, you should be able to have reliable, fast network access.
Is it ok to connect my personal computer to the network?
Yes, absolutely! The College offers the TESCWireless Wi-Fi network for use by anyone, and the Evergreen Secure Wi-Fi network for use by students and employees.
I thought I could access network files from home. Where's my paper?
Personal network file space can be accessed from home, but files on Scratch can't. Scratch is only available on campus.
I saved my work on Scratch, now I can't find it.
