Windows XP is being removed from active support based on Microsoft removing support of this operating system.  If a machine comes to the desk running windows XP, this will not be reimaged or considered for troubleshooting.  We will recommend that the machine be upgraded to Windows7 or better, or if the hardware cannot accomodate this recommend that the work unit responsible for this equipment replace the hardware.

Full staff training on Windows 8 will take place summer 2014 and the expectation is that it will be fully supported by September 2014.

Windows XP
