Importing

  1. Go to File > Import...
  2. Browse to the files.
  3. Select file of the first frame.
  4. Click the Options button in the lower left.
  5. Click the Image Sequence box.
  6. Click Import.

Adjusting the Frame Rate

  1. Premiere Pro interprets the footage at 29.97.
  2. To change the frame rate right-click the clip in Project pane.
  3. Go to Modify > Interpret Footage.
  4. Click Assume this frame rate.
  5. Enter a frame rate and click OK.
