It's easy for you to recover your password without contacting Technical Support.

To take advantage of this feature:

Go to the secure contacts page (sponsored by Microsoft)
Log in with your Evergreen email and password
Enter a cell/phone number and/or an alternate email address
You can also add your office phone (employees only) if you want receive a confirmation code via phone message
You are now ready in case you ever need to recover/reset your Evergreen password!
