It's easy for you to recover your password without contacting Technical Support.

To take advantage of this feature:

  1. Go to the secure contacts page (sponsored by Microsoft)
  2. Log in with your Evergreen email and password
  3. Enter a cell/phone number and/or an alternate email address
  4. You can also add your office phone (employees only) if you want receive a confirmation code via phone message
  5. You are now ready in case you ever need to recover/reset your Evergreen password!
